I'm not in the habit of putting negative reviews on the internet, if ever! But at this point I can't let it go... My parents-in-law gave me and my partner 2 gift vouchers; 1 facial treatment and 1 massage each, so 4 treatments in total, a small amount despite everything... It was in August 2021, we were still in the covid phase, so we were in no hurry to make an appointment. The only thing I can say that it's my fault is that I was sure that the voucher was valid for 1 year, like everywhere else. This is not the first time that I have been offered gift vouchers and the validity is generally 1 year. The orca so I decide to make an appointment, I realize that the vouchers are no longer valid since January 31. So either it's my fault, but when I think back to the telephone exchange I had with the manager, it still makes me nauseous! She didn't want to hear anything, I was spoken to very badly, shouted at... she told me that she could have big problems with her accounting if she did these 2 treatments while the good ones didn't. were more valid and that I only had to blame myself, basically..... his proposal: only do 1 treatment for 1 person but still pay a part!!! Obviously I don't find this answer appropriate but I couldn't elaborate further because this lady ended up simply HANGING UP ON ME!!! I am still trying to understand how I could have been treated like this and especially how it is possible not to be commercial, welcoming and gentle, while being the manager of a beauty salon!!! I would still like to point out that throughout the discussion, I remained very calm. This lady got carried away for no reason with a total lack of respect for a potential client!

I went there for hair removal, nothing great, but the job is done. To avoid on the other hand for the application of false nails: much too thick and not aesthetic, very disappointed because it was for a wedding. I had everything removed elsewhere the next day. For the price it's a shame...

A facial treatment that cost me 7 days of sick leave due to a burnt out lamp. Blistering all over the face. After complaining to the manager, she dismissed it and put the blame on her employee, telling me that she would call me back. No news from then on. I do not recommend this noisy, dangerous and totally irresponsible institute!
