Worst pedicure of my life. If I had done it myself it would have been better. 🙈 45 chf for poorly cut nails and without doing the semi because I had not booked for the drop-off and apparently there was no time, even though the drop-off took 3 minutes in total. It would be better to have one satisfied customer rather than two who are not happy at all. Total 45 minutes poorly done instead of the one hour I had reserved.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Unpleasant welcome, arrogant and inflexible employees. I won't go back! This is not a place to relax but rather to obey the orders of the people who work there. Authoritarian & rude. We need to change the staff urgently! I got told off for being 9 minutes late. Having also called in advance to notify me of my delay. The ladies in charge clearly don't want to work and prefer to smoke cigarettes and snigger in front of the store. It's pretty obvious. I now understand why the living room is always so empty.

First time manicure, unfortunately it wasn’t good experience, few of my fingers was bleeding. The place is cocooning but i don’t think i will come back for manicure.

I’ve been coming to beauty concept for over a year, this is the first time I’m disappointed with the result. I paid upfront for gel with extensions, but the nail technician try to apply semi permanent without extensions, which is different price. As she already charged me, it’s not honest to provide a much cheaper service instead. After I told her I want what I paid for, she started to chat with another nail technician while doing my nails. Not paying attention to the work and at some point stopped my procedure so she can show something on her phone to her colleague. It’s very unpleasant when the nail technician pay more attention to her chitchat than to the client. This went on for half an hour until new client came. Then she probably realized her time is short, she rushed mine to get it done and of course the results is bad. Nail polish on the fingers, uneven surface, super chunky extensions etc. In the end, she charged me 10 euro extra for removing my previous nails. I had semi permanent before and can be remove with acetone. I’ve never been charged removal for semi permanent before, I don’t mind to pay but it really leaves bad taste in the mouth when they charge extra without mention it beforehand to get agreement. For me, this is a disappointment because the attitude is not good, the the manicure is not good and the charged extra price.

I've been doing my nails for a few months at Beauty Concept and I'm delighted. Charlène works in a very careful and professional manner. In addition, the setting is pleasant, the atmosphere is calm, a real little cocoon. I highly recommend !
