In December I was offered a gift voucher for a treatment at the “Temple of Beauty” I realized on July 3 that the voucher is only valid for 6 months and it ended on June 15... As I came to this salon a few times, to have my hair done, massage and treatment, I took the liberty of calling to explain the situation. The first person told me right away that it was no and that the manager would call me back... Nice.... The manager called me back on July 9.... 6 days later.... In fact, the manager's first reason is that from an accounting perspective, it's easier to issue 6-month gift vouchers.... 🤔 And then, she tells me, it's my fault (yes... I should have paid attention to that) and adds that in addition, it's a total lack of respect towards the shopkeeper but especially towards the person who gave it to me! I hope that in order to do good and give relaxation to your clients, these judgments are not customary. So, in the six months following the acquisition of your gift voucher, no travel, no illness, no overwork, child, home job because in any case, if you miss the 17-day voucher, we will know explain the reasons in this place of relaxation!

Beautiful establishment, clean, bright, welcoming... Very pleasant staff. Hairstyle always on top and meeting my expectations. The products used and sold are quality products. For my part, I use a solid shampoo from them and my hair is no longer brittle. No need to use other products to have beautiful, silky hair. Hair removal always impeccable. The waxes used are super effective. The beautician redrew my eyebrow line using threading. This hair removal stings a little (and yes you have to suffer a little girls!!! 😉) but the regrowth is longer and longer and the hairs are much finer than before and above all less numerous. In short, I am never disappointed. And above all the prices are very fair and not at all excessive. I highly recommend this establishment
