I am delighted, I come from the Bouches du Rhône, I moved to 05, and I really found my happiness, whether for hair removal with Valérie or facial treatments with Laeticia. Really nothing to complain about. I recommend Yves Rocher from Gap😉

I preferred much before too bad it's not the same team as before it was much better now it has become big anything too bad besides laughing out loud, talking about their lives among colleagues or to look down on you nothing is professional in this store we are very far from the spirit of Yves Rocher many trainees and apprentices and no more competent people like in the past we have no advice to flee I will order from the net too bad!!

I enter this business with no one to welcome me. Little moment of solitude. Only laughter is heard in an adjoining room where, after 5 minutes, 2 saleswomen finally appear. Not really serious!!!
