Very disappointed with the way I was received due to a perfume problem. The saleswoman made no effort to accommodate my request which bothered her more than anything else. To sell, there are people, but to ensure follow-up of sales no one! An unusable bottle is obviously not the store's fault, but it is their responsibility to handle this problem themselves with their supplier, or at least offer an exchange, a refund, something...

Saleswoman, short haired blonde lady, not at all friendly, I think serving a 78 YEAR OLD old woman bothered her a lot. I made a purchase (gift for my daughter) for 155.40 euros. I wanted to have this product to send it tomorrow by mail. I would never return to this store Sunday, NOV 26, 2023 at 2:05 p.m.
