Very disappointed with my experience. I had a gift card, for which I called to confirm that the chosen treatment corresponded and for which I was told yes. So I introduce myself, I give my gift card, they give me the treatment (I come out of the treatment with a greasy face...) and there... I am asked to add money to the checkout!!! I explain that the same morning I called and was told that I had not specified that depending on where the card was purchased the price differs (it is still a chain… ) I'm supposed to guess where the card was purchased? 😅 No excuses, very haughty person who tells me “well I had to clarify this morning” Amazing this lack of respect towards customers!! To avoid, really!!!
