I've been going to this institute for years and even though I now live an hour's drive away, I have no desire to change. Every service I have experienced has been carried out gently and the results are always remarkable. The welcome is always warm, the professionals are competent and passionate. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be pampered. Congratulations to the entire team for their exceptional work!

My husband gave me 100 euros worth of treatment a few months ago and the gift voucher expired on September 30. I have just come out of serious cancer and it was today that I needed this treatment to recharge my batteries a little and thus regain some morale. I called the beautician today, barely 15 days after this voucher expired, and she categorically refused to give me even a little treatment. I find this unacceptable because I explained my condition to him and that this voucher was manual and not electronic. No compassion! I don't recommend it.

Disappointed with the work of the beautician who did my daughter's eyebrow waxing on Saturday 09/08/2023. Skin damaged by the tweezers that she is really not competent to use 😡 But the whole institute remains comfortable and magnificent
