The cut is less risky than at the direct neighbor's, but I still came out with shorter hair than expected... 🙂 Good relaxing shampoo, reasonable price.

I do not recommend at all, very disappointed despite all the positive reviews.. Vegetable coloring nothing to complain about but then the cutting and blow-drying... I'm not at all sensitive to my hair but they detangled my hair from the roots which hurt a lot and we really had to pull on it.. When my hair was cut I still had a knot in the front so the hair that was in the knot was not cut so I have one strand in front longer than the others.. The blow drying was extremely painful, I just wanted it to stop. And I ended up with my front hair broken because she pulled on it so much. When I left, my middle hair was still wet. Extremely disappointed, I wouldn't be going back to the hairdresser any time soon.
