Hello I picked up a perfume 3 people were in the store 1 says hello to you and the other 2 look at you with an unfriendly look I picked up a perfume because a good purchase received as a gift I won't go back there the staff n does not attract customers

One star if not able to give any. Terrible customer service. I order a box with a free towel online. The saleswoman confirms putting everything aside. When I went to the perfume store to take the order, the saleswoman informed me that her manager now made the free towel conditional on the purchase of other additional products. An attempted forced sale aborted since we did not want to be taken for pigeons! I informed Beauty Success France. The network must know what is happening on the ground. When turnover takes precedence over service and customer sense... Huge disappointment. Never again !
