After a walk in Lille Centre, I enter this store by telling myself "ah, I will just have a look, I don't really need anything". But then I go inside, i see some essentials at reasonable prices and the lovely host, so I decide to wait for a skin diagnosis. Seriously customer care! She took the time to explain, show me some products and giving me some generous samples to test the products. All of this while smiling, making jokes and just being awesome :) I will return for sure to buy the face serum and try one of their facials.
