I recommend Océane, very professional and very attentive. On the other hand, big flop for the new blue wax, I don't like it at all, I give one star for the wax and only for that. We have to put back the yellow one from before!

No sense of customer service! 10 minutes of hanging around without even a sign, a gesture...a sound, apart from the door to the break room which closed in front of me...yet the person present saw me enter since she was still behind the counter...in short, I will go and get the CSE gift cards for our 80 employees elsewhere!

I had made an appointment that I was unable to honor due to health concerns. When I canceled on the site, I did not have the information that I should contact the institute. However, I see a charge on my account in the amount of 60 euros which does not correspond at all to the services reserved. As a long-time customer, I emailed customer service to obtain a refund. Knowing that I had booked a facial treatment and hair removal, I noted in the comments that the facial treatment was offered to me following a previous poor service. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me but no response.

A huge lack of professionalism! I had an appointment at 11 a.m. when I arrived I was made to wait because she couldn't find their colleague. They therefore realize that she is not present after a good 15 minutes. They express their weariness with this colleague in front of all the customers for a long time! Then they finally come and tell me that they won't be able to take care of me for 40 minutes!!!! I explain that my child is with my husband and waiting for me to come home so he can eat and therefore that 40 minutes will not be possible! That it's really quick and I just want us to do this quickly. But they don't offer me any solutions because they have customers within 10 minutes... A scandal knowing that my hair removal only lasts barely 15 minutes... So I leave without any service! This agency is really to be avoided with very unprofessional and above all unprofessional staff!

No one ever at reception, 20 minutes to wait and no indication for the customer. product after hair removal not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.... Really you are expensive for nothing.... Never again
