Bad experience, I bought a lipstick for my wife I asked for one that lasts a very long time, my wife brings it back UNOPENED because she knows it doesn't last very long. It happened on Thursday May 30 around 10 a.m. and the saleswoman does not want to take it back or exchange it, she assures him that it lasts a long time. So my disappointed wife tries it and obviously it doesn't last long. I go back to the store of course it is open and unfortunately nothing is done by the 2 saleswomen. The commercial strategy is really not exemplary, confirmation also provided by GOOGLE reviews. Unfortunately I will not return to Yves Rocher Langon.

I strongly advise against... unpleasant employees... closing times not respected... notified of closing at 8 p.m. on Google and on the front of the store, but curtain down at 7:20 p.m., without the possibility of shopping. and the saleswomen who respond that the store closes at 7:30 p.m....go figure 🤔🤔
