I've been going to Bel et zen for a few years now, but today I tried a massage session. It was just great. His first question was where are your stress points? I left feeling relaxed as ever. A real deep massage.

Very good experience. First Hamam experience, that too personalized! Its affordable and very good at the same time. I really enjoyed it and felt so relieved with the aroma of eucalyptus and some other essential oils. They have this nice cozy place just outside the Hamam, if you want to take a small break to sip a cup of tea and chill. The exfoliation was also really good. They are very professional and best in their craft. They were very kind though I didn't speak much French. It wasn't much of an issue since i can understand it. Also, one of them knows a little bit of English. The body massage (for 30 minutes) was so relaxing that I fell asleep towards the end! I regretted booking it just for 30 minutes, could have taken a longer duration (next time). I had backpain and i felt completely relieved after the massage. It was really an awesome experience overall and i am definitely going back. Thank you!
