I am very disappointed to have done my microblading at her place. My request was not respected, I wanted something light and above all I just wanted to fill in the holes. I have said it several times. I end up with a very full eyebrow because she added hairs where I already had some, it gives an overloaded effect and the other is openwork. The color is not that of my hair. The tails are short, it's ugly. I asked her if she could do anything but I got no answer, yet I paid €320, and she didn't care. During the touch-up she hurt me a lot and I understood that she wanted to let off steam, she deliberately made a cut above my eyebrow, just out of spite because I "bothered her " by asking her too many questions, which she can't stand. She considers that everything is explained on her site. I got answers to my questions from other dermographers. I regret going to this ANTIPATHIC and HEAD-SLAPPING person. Answer Yes you are a bad person, writing my name shows how evil and evil you are. You are a liar, I sent you an SMS with a photo to find out what it was possible to do because it is written on your site that we could send you a photo before microblading. You told me that all the information was on your site and that I could cancel. If you had a feeling that it would be problematic with me, why didn't you cancel microblading? And the same goes for the retouching, why didn’t you cancel? I didn't want to come back to you and I was advised against it, but you gave me an Amiea Sahara Blonde pigment even though I'm a brunette I couldn't stay like that. Otherwise, I would have to wait several months before redoing everything for someone else. I wasn't going to spend the summer with mahogany eyebrows. I didn't harass you, if you were honest we wouldn't be here. Yes you intentionally gave me a cut above my eyebrow. As for the photo, I am now certain that the photos on your site have filters to correct reality because my eyebrows were not like that after the session there was a layer of pigments and we could not see the eyebrow drawing. I remain available to people who wish to see them. On the other hand, you do not have the right to use my photos, even retouched ones, without my consent. I will ask you to remove them as soon as possible, I will inquire about filing a complaint against you, and I want a copy of the informed consent that you did not give me.

I have been doing my eyelash extensions every month at Sandra's for 4 years now. She is always very professional and friendly, and the result is always sublime! Sandra has been taking care of my eyelash extensions for almost two years now. I have never had anything to complain about her work, which is always perfect, and, bonus, she is incredibly kind. I would also like to add that, being used to eyelash extensions, I know that the service often takes place in silence and that time therefore passes very slowly.
