Poor performance! I come for a drop-off, I am told on the phone when making an appointment that it is €20 with care, on site they charge me €20 for the drop-off without care, the beautician cut my nails until to formless blood. I kept telling the beautician to cut it shorter because I was in so much pain! To flee!!

Pleasant staff, but the hair removal (of the bikini line) was not done well, I still had some hair left in certain areas. (After leaving this review, the staff was able to listen and offer me a solution)

I love going to the 8th grade institute in Marseille. I went there for a hair removal which was done wonderfully. Now I go there for permanent hair removal and I am satisfied each time with the way I am received. I also tried the nail bar on the 8th floor, and came away with perfect nails. I highly recommend, the team is pleasant and the treatments are well done!

Nice little institute, hair removal cabins cramped but clean. Taken at a pleasant time. Hair removal done with an already used stick which dipped in the middle of the wax with others already used as well, this bothered me especially for bikini line hair removal. At the end of the performance the same stick was put back in the middle of the wax pot which was heating. Very friendly beautician and reasonable price.
