I have never been to the store, I simply called for information regarding a product and visibly had difficulty understanding my request, it is completely understandable but to then hear "She's breaking my balls" I pretended for not having heard anything but know that your work is not forced if it is to tarnish the reputation of your brand. This behavior has no place.
