Visited Yves Rocher 2nd of Feb. The products are fab. I'm pleased to be able to pop into the shop whenever I come to Migros. On this occasion, I was looking for an anti pigmentation product which I found but when I asked the "girl" on duty whether the product was effective or not she curtly replied "je ne sais pas je n;ai pas de taches brunes". That spoilt the whole experience unfortunately. In that case, she needs to improve her serving and advising skills a lot and learn smiling as well
